Betzwood Trailhead to Norristown Transportation Center - 4.4 miles

The Betzwood Trailhead and Park has paved parking, no gate and has restrooms. There is a boat launch, no dock. The Sullivan's Bridge pedestrian bridge offers a view of the Schuylkill River and takes you into Valley Forge Park.
Port Indian is about 1.7 miles into the walk. Port Indian has a small gravel parking lot, no restrooms. No access to the Schuylkill River. Good turnaround point for a short walk. Continuing to the Norristown Transportation Center Trailhead is another 2.7 miles for a nice bike ride or run. Parking is free after 5pm weekdays, and free all weekend. The Trail Junction Center at the corner of Lafayette and DeKalb Streets has restrooms, a small café and bicycle repairs.
