Pawlings Road Trailhead 

There is a large paved parking lot at Port Providence, no gate and it does have restrooms. The trail is paved, but there are sections before the Perkiomen Creek that collect water and mud after a storm. As you cross under the Station Ave bridge at the Perkiomen Creek. Turn left to continue on the SRT over the bridge to the Pawlings Road Trailhead. It is a not too steep of an incline to the bridge. (If you continue straight under the bridge, welcome to the Perkiomen Trail and onto Lower Perkiomen Valley Park Trailhead.) After crossing the bridge there is a fork in the trail. Stay to the right for the Pawlings Road Trailhead. Stay to the left to continue on the SRT to Valley Forge and the Betzwood Bridge. There is a large paved parking lot the Pawlings Road Trailhead. The parking lot is not gated, no restrooms.
